- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you think that BB&T is an incredible bank then I got a feeling you have not used many other banks. The amount of small fees and all kinds of other dumb stuff is unreal. basically thieves stealing hard earned money. Lets also not forget that this bank is behind the curve by like 5 to 10 years. USAA and Navy Federal are light years ahead of this place and if you can I would use them. Who actually goes to banks in person anymore, which for whatever reason this bank requires you to do because that is all they say. I have USAA and have done everything via app or over phone with no issues. Lets not forget no ATM fees and no other hidden charges. Do not use BB&T.By Kenneth McGrew, April 26, 2017
